Friends, again a NEW episode of this podcast named: ONGAKU SKA! This “musical team” from Mexico city and Caracas (Venezuela). Japanese ska, reggae, rocksteady, calypso, a taste of jazz, funk, pop, rock and many more: everything from Japan.

In this new edition we released the new Little Tempo album, amazing, fantastic, magic album, maybe one of the best from this year 2011, not only in Japan, too in the world, fantastic reggae, dub, rocksteady album. Too we released the new sound and the new face of the Japanese ska with “CUBETONE” a young and great band from Yokohama. The new SKAFF LINKS album called: Hybird Ska… the fabulous all stars from the reggae/ska scene in Tokyo: The SWING EASY ORCHESTRA, playing classics of the new wave and the punk with fantastic singers of the Tokyo musical scene.

Of course: TOKYO SKA PARADISE ORCHESTRA with 2 amazing features: with ORIGINAL LOVE, and the beautiful voice of Mariko Ide. This is “Natsu no omiyage” for your soul, for your mood.

Nuevamente un gran saludo amigos y amigas, he grabado otro Ongaku Ska podcast, a propósito de muchos estrenos y cosas que desde hace tiempo quería colocarles aquí, y a propósito de sus comentarios tan INCREIBLES y TAN BUENA ONDA tras la selección de “Calypso Time”, comentarios que ha recibido mi persona a través del facebook y mi email; también comentarios hacia éste proyecto, del que ya saben es de ustedes y para ustedes, pues sin ustedes esto no tendría en lo absoluto ningún sentido.
Así que tanto Ismael como mi persona les damos las más profundas GRACIAS.

Bien pues…fue así como toda esa serie de elementos incidieron y le dieron vida a: “Natsu no Omiyage” un recuerdo, un regalo, un presente del verano japonés reflejado a través de la música única y exclusivamente para ustedes.

Estrenos como: DJ SASA, como lo nuevo de Little Tempo, como Swing Easy Orchestra, como Cubetone, como los So Many Tears el nuevo proyecto de Kin Ichi Motegy y Takashi Kato (baterista y guitarrista respectivamente de los TOKYO SKA PARADISE ORCHESTRA) y por supuesto bandas que siempre son bienvenidas y favoritas en nuestras ediciones, con temas poco convencionales y que seguramente les gustarán
